Men Who Follow Spring The Planet Round - Augie March
A great track off than a less than great debut album. Their other two albums are ace though. |

Spiritualised - The individual.
It's just 4 minutes of cacophony - and I love it!!

I'm maudlin like it's 1992 today.
Tori Amos - Winter. I was a 15 year-old Goth who listened to nothing but Nirvana and Iron maiden when I first heard this and it had me blubbing.
Beautiful.

Overload - Sugababes. It rocks - and it sounds like Beck. |

Black Hair - Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
Mad, romantic goth armed with piano and maudlin song. What's not to like? |

The Verve - Gravity Grave.
The one tune I was hoping for the most is the one they DIDN'T play last night. Otherwise, it was pretty fucking special and Nick McCabe is still my super genius how the fuck does he make that noise guitar hero.

Good tune that.
Rogey Daltrey - Giving It All Away. Fucking class. The Leo Sayer version is great too. Don't tell anyone I said that though. |

Another great tune.
My choice for today is Root Down by The Beastie Boys. |
