no deadline, but in the next week or two would be good then we can start getting stuff together. the album actually came out at the end of august so the anniversary stuff will go up then. had a few emails already so it looks like it's gonna be a good one.

everyone's right about calimero by the way - that's one of their best. have you seen the translation of the lyrics? it's online somewhere, s'just fuckin, well, hang on, i'll find it while i'm here...

Calimero wyt ti'n gwisgo wy ar dy ben
Calimero you're wearing an egg on your head
Calimero oes 'na reswm mewn darn o bren?
Calimero is there reason in a piece of wood?
Be ddaeth gyntaf, yr wy neu'r ceiliog coch?
What came first, the egg or the red rooster?
Calimero, gen ti big ond sgen ti ddim parch
Calimero, you have a beak but no respect

Calimero (X4)

Giant Steps was runner up to Bjorks "Debut" in '93. Now I like Bjork too but GS is loads better, and we wouldn't have needed nme to confirm that would we kids?!?!?

Sparky, I wrote a little essay and mailed it to you. Yet, I got a reply to say it hadn't been delivered, and was pending. Is there a problem with the email address?

Hello Ciaran,

It eventually came through, and is excellent. In fact all the entries we've had for the Giant Steps anniversary have been brilliant so far - it's going to be a great section so if anyone else is thinking of submiting their thoughts on the album please do it soon!
