Listening to Kingsize tonight and the bastard keeps skipping during high as monkeys and the future is now. Bugger.
If anyone is looking for a good new band to listen to i suggest the shins.
They have two albums on subpop. One is called "oh inverted world" and the new one is called "Chutes too Narrow". Good stuff
Despite what others here have said i think the new Electric Soft Parade album is very good. It takes a few listens but is worth it.

my kingsize is also knackered. and i completely understand the stolen cd thing. i've lost about 50 over the years to people with busy hands. the cunts.
and royal mail are a bunch of fuking mongs. |

| the shins are decent material. if you like them the Weakerthans and the Decembrists are also good american groups in a somewhat similar vein. weakers are more folk/punk, Decembrists from what I've heard are more indie movie soundtracky-ish.... |
