Let's play a game that even the Dalai Lama says helps make you happier.

Things to be grateful for:

I have food.
I have a house I love.
I have ears, eyes, arms, legs and more, all enabling me to take in the most from life.
I don't have any particular illness.
I have a job I like.
Nobody's out to avenge anything I've done.
When it's cold I can keep warm.

And that is just a start. L&P

Erm... Not really.
I guess I should be grateful for everything I have, but we all have our personal worries and problems, and then it doesn't really matter if you're rich or poor. Health is a completely different thing though, of course.

Bloody hell, is this a pointless message or what? (not yours Setareh, I'm talking about this message I'm just going to post when I hit 'submit' down there)

Obviously, we all have our problems, and you can't tell people not to be sad just because they have the basics. However, sometimes, you need perspective...like complaining that it's rainy, or moaning like a madman that your computer is messed up etc...you have to realise how lucky you are in the end, which many of us are.

I've never been raped.

I should not be grateful that I haven't been raped??? It's the worst thing that can happen to a person...I don't know why you feel the need to call me sick, this 'game' is not a joke, it's a fact that when people learn to be grateful they tend to become happier. L&P
