It is upbeat and dancey or downbeat and moody? |

It's not really that upbeat at all bar one or two. It's very er, Soulful, a la "Work" from Deadringer. _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

The 4th track (Good Times Roll?) on 'Deadringer' would be one of my Desert Island Discs and I look forward to talking about it with Sue Lawley on Radio 4 when I'm famous. |

So far there's no track on the new one to match Good Times Roll, or Ghostwriter, but like you say, there are not many tunes in the world that do.... _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

Well I've now listened to it through twice and....... I'm afraid i have to take back what i said.
My first impressions were very good but I'm afraid I don't like this as much as Deadringer. It's all a bit mid-tempo and changes very little throughout the record. It's possibly more coherent than Deadringer but it's certainly more dull.

I don't like the sound of it not being very upbeat. Its summer now and time to break out the rompy stompy party anthems. Have you heard the Cee-Lo album yet? Its great and I'm still listening to it a month after buying it. |

"Cee-Lo Green Is The Soul Machine" is the name of the album and its Outkast type hip hop pop. Its good music to get a sun tan to. |
