Nipping over to the Town Hall tomorrow actually.
Tip:
If you want to get decent Cider in before the festival, stay on the M5 until J24, turn right and follow A38 towards Taunton.
Turn off on to A361 to Glastonbury (signposted) & follow for a good 15-20 minutes.
You get to somewhere called West Lyng. The cider farm (Parsonage Farm) is on the left & is signposted. Good stuff, it affects you from the legs up! After drinking loads I was thinking, "this is crap I'm not pissed". Tried to get out of my chair & fell over
Stay on A361 (you'll see Glastonbury Tor Junior. - Burrow Mump) & you'll eventually join the A39, which is what you would be on if you came off at J23.
If you're coming from London, this won't work I'm afraid. _________________ We would like to announce that due to cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off..... |

Sadly not.
I live near said cider farm and it's about 12 miles from Glastonbury.
A mate of mine who was doing security there offered to get me in free last year, but I never took him up on the offer. He's not doing it this year so I'll just stay home.
Might get myself some of that cider though and be with you all in spirit - as it were!
BC - I'd have thought you'd have contacts! Can't you go back to your scouse roots and pretend you're Sir Paul's bass guitar polishing roadie or something |
