Number 1 - Screamadelica

Once it sounded like the future but I listened to it at the weekend and now it sounds really dated and old fashioned. I felt the same thing listening to old Chemical Brothers records as well. How come some stuff dates really quickly whereas other albums (particularly New Order and Kraftwerk) always sound like they wouldn't be out of place if it was released today?

Appetite for Destruction. Used to quite like it when it came out. Dreadful arse now.

Urban Hymns. When that came out I proclaimed it my favourite album ever. I really have no idea why now.

In full agreement with Appetite For Destruction. i copied it to my mp3 player and listened to it last week for the firt time in 10 years. I'm sure it will be another 10 before I try again.

But Screamadelica? I still love that one Razz

I never though Urban Hyms was that good anyway, a few great tracks for sure but no Northern Soul.

I still love Screamadelica too, a cracking album although I think Vanishing Point is better.
