Hi, does anyone here know WHY the Boo Radleys actually split up? Was thinking bout it, but dont know the details or the real reason.

THE BOO RADLEYS have split after a decade.
A statement issued by the band on said: "The Boo Radleys have gone their separate ways. They feel they have achieved everything they can as The Boo Radleys and are to pursue other projects.
"The decision was not an easy one, the band have been friends for almost 20 years and still hold a great love for one another. Tim, Bob, Sice and Martin would like to express their love and gratitude to their fans for their support over the last ten years. Boo! Forever."

havent asked him. to be honest, i dont think he likes me askin him so many questions about the Boo's, so I try to avoid it when i can. so i thought i'd ask here first. askin tim is a last resort for me. he's really nice, dont get me wrong, but afraid of askin him myself.

I reckon that the evil hand of Alan McGee had some part to play
He refused to release singles off Kingsize and basically said that the Boos would never sell more than 10,000 albums again
But more to the point if the boos had continued on and on would they have morphed and made the wonderful music of bc.... |
