I'm listening to Mercury for the first time in ages. What an album!
Mark Eitzels voice is amazing. There's only Cathal Coughlan in wistful mood that can sound as velvetyas him and paint such colourful pictures of defeat.
A totally underated band. _________________ We would like to announce that due to cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off..... |

I just got one of their albums actually - can't remember the name (and it's downstairs somewhere...) but it has a song called Amsterdam on. It is ace, the lyrics are really good.
I don't know much about them, what albums would you especially recommend? (Or say to avoid?) _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |
