Hello all,

I'm a long time fan but new at this site. Due to the release of the new CDs, I've relapsed into my previously slightly-daft Boo fixation. For me, those records have always had a certain quality .

Anyway, I wonder if someone can help me with the lyrics on Song for the Morning To Sing? It's an early favourite for me and I'm feeling a little bit like I might try a cover version. This is what I'm hearing - I'm not really feeling the last section:-
Quote:
Daylight comes and I am weary
Don't think I can stay
Awake much longer I'm alone
Think I'll sleep the day

I will chase the dragonfly
Up and down the hill
Close my eyes and count to 10
Then I think I will...

I, I cannot tell
If I will dream of you
Now sit in the door
And cast the eyes I lose

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What's great about this site is you have a problem with the lyrics and you get the answer straight from the man himself.

I too am a lyric seeker. How about the words to Annie and Marnie, and Bloke in a Dress. I love both songs, but am uncertain about most of the words...
