I'm setting up a myspace bit for me 'cos some girl who was (probably) half me age told me i was nothing without one and that email address' aren't the thing anymore... I doubt i'll be anything with a myspace page nor be cool either but wtf.
Anyway i'm about as knowledgable on IT as i am about spelling so does any of you fine people know how i can have a funky or colourful background to me page 'cos i really don't like the plain white i'm currently stuck with.

the easiest way is to use one of those profile generators that a lot of people use, there's
mygen
at least and lots of others. just look at other peoples profiles and see what they've used (there's usually some sort of an ad for the generator or something)
you will probably have to register at mygen and i don't know how it really works, but it can't be too difficult to figure out.
the other (more difficult) way is to learn a bit of html, but they've made things on myspace a bit complicated so you might not to waste your time on that.
let me know if you need any help with it...
it was good to see you in london by the way.

i think you would have to create a new "artist profile" (there are two kinds of myspace profiles at least, normal ones for ordinary users and then ones for musicians etc)... or then add some html, but you wouldn't be able to use the myspace music player then.
well, of course you can create that artist profile, then add some songs there, and then add those to your current profile...
i'm sure i made this sound more complicated than it actually is, but oh well, just ask if you didn't understand what i was talking about. _________________

Add me as well, I need friends www.myspace.com/johnxm
I'm surprised myspace still looks so primitive. I thought when Murdoch took it over it'd get a snazzy new look, maybe with a Page 3 stunner on every page or something. |
