Okay, so it's the last ever bravecaptain gig. I'd like to ask everyone that's ever posted on this board to make it to the gig, meet up, and make it a celebration of great music.

We've had suggestions of meet-ups in the past and now it would seem that it is our last chance to make good on this. I'd love to finally meet the likes of che, Gillworm, Dave W, John Mc, mixedcasesspaces, Sparky and anyone and everyone that can possibly make it.

Hope to see you all there.

Kris

Well I will definitely be there.
We should all meet up in a pub before hand too.

Kinkster forgive my harsh words but that excuse is simply woeful. This is the last bravecaptain gig EVER and simply cannot be missed.

If it is purely a question of dough I will send the money up to you!

You're right - it is woeful! It's every day life bullshit getting in the way of what I want to do in life, but aren't they always the reasons? All we are talking about is 30 quid petrol, a few drinks and a 6 hour round trip behind the wheel. I'm just at a stage of debt now where that's not even possible.

I missed out on the C'Mon Kids tour through being broke too - ten years down't the line I still have the same damn problem!

So yes, it's woeful and I'm more sorry about it than anyone here because it's me missing out on seeing Martin one final time. I can only take solace in the fact that I managed to catch him twice before. Thanks for the offer of sending me the money, but I can't accept charity and to be honest, I'm fucking sick of the guilt of being in debt to everyone all the time.

Sorry for the downbeat nature of this post! I'm off to listen to Rod's Got One so loud my ears bleed!

Sorry Kinks I meant woeful in a light hearted and jocular sort of way and not in a serious way...

If you started on Tuesday you could walk down and I'll give you a bed!

I won't be there either, unfortunately. Like Kinkster, I'm happy to have seen bravecaptain play twice but I'll have to pass on this one.

Let's keep our eyes on Paperlung tour dates, eh? Smile

I want to see this, I really do.

I have a camper van, I'd like to use that as my accomodation to keep the costs down, one problem though....

Where the hell can I park it?

Given that I need to get back from Kilburn at midnight! Where do I start?

Can any of you London types advise?
