The mighty Mighty Stef play an early slot at Water Rats on Friday, October 6
and a headliner at Sweet But Deadly on Bethnal Green Road on Saturday, October 7.
I ~strongly~ recommend going to see them play.
The debut album, The Sins Of Sainte Catherine, was released on September 22nd,
and it's just Tune after Tune, but you might never hear him otherwise,
in this shallow, shallow world.
Here are all the reviews of the album and stuff that I've seen:

Good stuff - I like it.
"Prayer for the brok..." on myspace reminds me of Love's version "my little red book" - very Arthur Lee vocal delivery on that one I thought.
I shall spread the word and deepen the shallow waters. _________________ Find a job you like, and add five days to every week. |

I can't say I know the other song to compare it with Prayer For The Broken Hearted, but I did see Stef play at an Arthur Lee benefit gig earlier this year, where he did a couple of Love covers, so you could well be right
the London gigs were good stuff, too |

for LoneStranger -
there's another song up on his MySpace now (myspace.com/themightystefband) which may be there since your last visit
it's a sort of title track from the album |
