Come on now. How good is the Flow Machines album?

Last night I had my stereo turned up so loud the walls were shaking and was dancing around like a crazed Jimmy Somerville to "Unpredictable". A perfect Summer Pop tune in the midst of Gridlock Britain.
Also, only 4th Feb but I will be an incredibly happy man if there's another tune as good as "Realise" released again in 2009.

Got the link off martin's facebook, forwarded it along to all my friends.
It's fucking great. There's a lot of good shit on there.
I'm pushing Unpredictable on my friends, they're all a bunch of New Order junkies.
Mio and Mao is also standout. _________________ "Even I know the solution: love, music, wine and revolution..." (magnetic fields)

I actually agree just a few short days later! Luckily, the try-before-you-buy miracle of myspace saved my pennies!
Unfortunately, I spent that on The Airborne Toxic Event instead, which is even worse! _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

Just to add my thoughts on Every Last Drop - fantastic record by any standards. It's been the perfect soundtrack to looking out of train windows at the snow these past couple of weeks. _________________ "It's too beautiful to stay inside..." |

I think all the superlatives that I know have already been used in this thread, so I'll just say that the album is pretty good.
A friend of mine loved 'unpredictable' (so far it's my favourite on the album too) so I've sent her the download link and I think I'll post it in a few other places too, hopefully you'll get a few more downloads at least. _________________

I'm still reeling over this album. 8-9 months down the line I'm still listening to it (plus the remixes, plus Hard Times). Listening to Cold War on the way to work just puts a spring in your step and makes you feel better about life and humanity. Could a song be paid a bigger compliment?
