as you know, there will be soon a new Brave Captain/Martin Carr album.
We all regret that he has not the success he diserve...

So I had an idea , in fact i've already done it for the first LP...

It is...

If we all in our different countries send Emails to music newspaper, or on radios websites, a short letter anouncing the LP and expecting from them te reserve a good welcome, or at least just an article talking abour It.
Hoping that "as we love you fanzine or your radio, we hope that you will talk about one of this best songwriter England has ever had since Mc-Cartney/Lennon in the sixties... and that would be a terrible mistake to pass through..."

It cost nothing, so....

I tried this with Mark & Lard for afm, stating what a huge fan I had been of them since the old night time show and all kinds of bum licking, then presenting a petition of about 20 names and comments.

I sent it everyday for a fortnight, and didn't get a single reply.....

good idea, when the album is being released someone (more proactive than me) should post loads of links and email addys to relevant musical sources to try and get ths man some fucking recognition. cant believe songs such as 'raining stones' werent in the top five.
keep us all posted on this.
