so i would never get tired
just one day

quickly and sharply

and if anyone cared
they could replace or repair
but if they didn't
they didn't
and i wouldn't be here

i spend
8 hours a day sleeping.
8 hours a day wanting to.
and
8 hours a day working.

and my neck hurts
it hurts real bad

stop looking at the screen
bloodshot eyes
and deep black lines
get out!
enjoy the beauty of your world

eh....

Batteries run out pretty quickly unless they are duracell. How about "I wish I was plugged into the mains"

or

"I wish I was powered by nuclear fission".

Battery power just reminds me of all those toys that run out of juice at 2pm on Christmas Day.
