have you lot seen any of arnold the governator's speech at the republican convention? I laughed my arse of for most of it and then became quite scared by it all. He used "i'll be back" once or twice. He also said that terrorism is worse than communism. smart man.

terrorism is worse than communism is it not? Arny though, he's some fuckin' eegit employing those movie soundbites in his speeches. I'll tell you what, there's some creepy ads being aired in the states at the moment, real character assasination of Kerry and all focussing on Nam as if that's even a fucking issue!!!!!! Also, they're running an ad for Bush which uses the olympics, something about freedom blazing across the globe and they mention the Iraqi and Afghani olympic teams, which obviously consist of the only two dozen people in said countries who have all their limbs left. Yep, they'd be better off with an ad like this

hasn't kerry been banging on about vietnam as part of his campaign? "vote for me. i saved someone's life in vietnem 30 years ago" sorta suff? they're all mad.
wasn't there some sort of protest by the iraqi olympics team against the us? i'm sure i saw someone saying if he wasn't in the olympics he'd be at home fighting the americans. so, it's a bit ironic for bush to be taking credit. |
