Hey everyone
Just a note to anyone in the Oxford area to let you know that bravecaptain is coming to Oxford next Wednesday (17 November) for a headline show. Support is from Piney Gir, Truck Records' synth-pop princess, and Blue States. It's at The Wheatsheaf on High Street, it's £5, and it'll be great!
Hope to see some of you there
Cheers
Stuart. |

hey billy.
not sure if i ever posted this before, but it was good to see you at the previous london gig! was the last weekend's gig better than the one in july then? i remember most people just standing there as far away from the stage as possible, only listening and maybe clapping their hands between songs. and i was bouncing around in the front row, probably making myself look pretty stupid, but hey, it was a good gig anyway! _________________

billy c - i should be able to make this one so if going back from swindon gives yer better train times for yer connections then i can drop yer off at the station on the way home.... just look for a spectacled bloke with blondish hair in need of a proper haircut we can talk about the wests finest football team too....

humble apologies...didn't make it to oxford last night, got held up at work, was knackered and decided i couldn't face the travelling. hope it was a good show.
tommy t - thanks for the kind offer of the lift. are you going to leicester in a few weeks? if so, let me find you and get you a pint to thank you for your generosity.
tommy b - yes, it was nice to meet you too - although i can't believe i forgot to ask you about Aki Kaurismäki. anyway, i think this was better than that gig at the spitz - noone talking over the set, some people were even dancing. i think the drummer makes all the difference.
laters all,
billy

Billyc thank u for offer of a pint - i will be at leics but am not sure of plans yet.... if we can't meet this weekend suggest we meet up at another away, i'll try and get forbesp along too so we can, ahem, have a bc/pafc love in
really relieved that you didn't go 'cos there was a crash on the m4 that caused my part of bristol to come to a standstill 'til 8pm that night thus scupering my plans to go.
clearly not meant to go to this tour.
ho and if you will hum!
