Excellent, that's the two of us then Smile

Saw you in Bristol on the Advertisements... tour and then at the Green Man earlier in the year. Loved both shows. Looking forward to more of the same next week...

Passing through Norrkoping Station Wednesday morning sprang a lil' thought in my head. It must've been 'cos its Setarehs manor I s'pose but I suddenly thought what happened to the gig BC was rumoured to be doing at Moles? Having dipped out in November I really wanted it to happen... Atleast a dozen hours later I log on to me emails and

Very Happy Very Happy and thrice Very Happy

Mr BC was coming to Baaaaaaaaaaaaath just a few hours later! Thank fuck I got back on late Wednesday, had it been the Thursday..... For those Victims of Geography who weren't able to get there it was all you'd have wanted it to be. With added bassist the sound was awesome and by the time they'd done Weaponized the place was all dancin' As a frequenter of Bristol n Baths cooler venues I can tell yer this happens very very rarely. Highlights well that was all of it but if pushed then it'd be I Pledge... & Weaponized. The couple of newies were lush also. Mr BC beamed all set and should've been allowed to do as many encores as he wanted! Fashion fans might like to know that he also had a dead cool shirt on and a woolen vizor thingy that only a top pop star or Victor from Big Bruv could get away with wearing. Respect.

It was lovely good people and I hope yer get the chance to see the 3 piece soon!

PS - BigneverendingthankscositputabigbeamingsmileonmefacealldayforthededicationMrBC, I owe yer several pints for that one!

PPS -
Martin n Mary yer both boooooooooootiful people, and I think in my more awake state that the film was "Belleville Rendez-Vous".

Peacenluv to all

TTLC.

Good stuff.
Reading this makes me want to see bravecaptain live somewhere again, but I'm a Victim of Geography indeed. Perhaps he'll come to Finland after the Brussels gig... Rolling Eyes ... Sad
Next time you should take your camera with you, I want to see some photos at least.
Can't wait to hear the new songs either... *sigh* ... I hate you Rolling Eyes (just kidding) Thanks for the gig report.

Who's Tommy Tynan by the way?

It really was a *great* gig. Proper exciting, and everything.

All the mind-fugging "what the hell was that sound?" versatility of the laptop show, with the live band giving it a bit more 'oomph' (if ye know what I mean). This is my favourite live setup of BC that I've seen thus far.

The crowd were loving it too, which was fab to see... You definitely made some more friends/fans tonight, BC...

I do remember having a chat to Martin, but due to lack of food/copious amounts of pints, I only really remember talking about the chick pea incident... What I do remember is a) Martin is friendly, and b) Martin is a lot taller than you think he might be (I've just always imagined he - like everyone else in the music business - is a short arse).

Tommy Tynan was a lethal from six yards striker for the mighty Plymouth Argyle in the mid-to-late 80's. He scored over 100 goals at about a goal every 2 games and even today when one of our forwards misses a simple chance the cry for Tynan will go up from some wag in the stands.

He is also famous for attacking a player at Torquay Utd with a kettle in a row about cards after he left Plymouth, and less excitingly helping Newport reach the qtr-final of the european cup-winners cup.

I have no info as to whether our venerable message poster is really the love child of the great man.... he's really more of a goalie

Ay a goalie I am, always like to stop, sorry try to stop, them prima dona forwards Wink from scoring.... Its a noble art goalkeeping, its for the workers man!!

TT was also as good as Robin Friday at flicking the V's. Hooray!

Agree that Martin was taller than expected, must've been wearing platforms!
