I changed my mind after 6 years....

Kingsize isn't the best song ever.

It's Ride The Tiger

Ah yes! Four Saints... The last section of that gives me goosebumps every time. "Sister I can feel what you feel..." etc.

I tell you the Boos song that I really, really love - Fosters Van. No idea what it's about, but I've been adoring it since about 1994.

"I believe in love, laugh if you must, I don't care, cos I don't dare"

That's the greatest lyric ever, and close to the best ending ever, but Ride The Tiger is better Wink

Does Sice really sing "all that I want is to find some piece of ass" somewhere near the end of Ride The Tiger? Very Happy That always makes me laugh a little at least.

Close call here, they're both bloody excellent but I think Four Saints has it.

I love the way it twists and turns and never does quite what you expect it to. It probably also appeals to my Prog Rock tendencies, but we'll not go into that!

Four Saints has it, however it's still a national travesty that Ride The Tiger wasn't number one for longer than Bryan Adams.

me too. ditto for all edits. i missed holland v brazil (it might not have been brazil and i'm not sure about holland but it was one of those big semi finals ) in the 98 world cup because we had to do an edit for kingsize that i hated. we listened to the extra time in a cab and then got out when it went to penno's and watched in the bar of some big fuck off hotel. come to think of it we had a great time. come on edits..thats what i say.

For a moment there I thought you meant you hated the abridged Bryan Adams record, ergo you liked the longer one!!!!

That would not be good at all.

I always thought Kingsize would have been a great "Summer Anthem" type of thing. I could see it being performed in the headline spot at Glastonbury just as the sun sets.

I had a dream last night thay Oasis played Knebworth again, and the sole support was bravecaptain.

Everyone was staring at this little dot on the horizon of a man sat at his desk on a 100ft long stage thinking, "what the fuck is this?" and then Weaponised came on and it was like watching The Prodigy support them the first time around, with 100,000 people moshing like motherfuckers.

I woke up dead happy this morning Wink

Must be something in the nighttime cocoa.

I had a dream about bc last night, though he wasn't on stage but driving a coach around famous London landmarks.

I know that some of the posters on this board were enjoying the trip although I never saw your faces, the only other person I can recall was Tim, ex guitarist from The Family Cat.

Help please dream analysers out there

Then why did I have a dream about Michael Stipe tarmac-ing my driveway?
