Has anyone tried giving up smoking using patches? I just slapped one on my arm about an hour ago after i buried a pack of marlborough lights in my back garden... It was a quiet service and the fags will be missed but it's time for me to move on. |

Never tried patches fella, my method was to buy 200, and tell everyone I knew that they were my last cigs ever. Gave me something to prove after they all laughed and said, "yeah right"... _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

oh, and money in a jar is a good idea too.
When I quit I stuck a fiver in a jar every day to see how much I'd been spending on fags, then once a month treated myself with the profits

You just moaned about it in songs for a few years beforehand _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

I just stopped a few days ago. I recommend Allan Carr's stop smoking book, whatever it's called. It sorts your head out. _________________ never ever bloody anything ever |
