I've got this, Sparky -- great choice of tunes, especially the Manfredd Mann [sp?] tune, which is incorrectly named on the album... HOWEVER, it's a pain in the arse that most of the tracks don't have clean starts / ends because of the funny, birdy and sea noises Mr Fowler has insisted on sticking between tracks.

well it depends what you're into -

i was cheesed off that the birdy and sea noises didn't have clean starts & ends because of all the tracks fowler had put between them.

In that case, you might be interested in my cassette copy of Percy Edwards' Birdcalls of Britain... short on the skuas, but you'll find every finch and tit that's worth a whistle and a pursed pair of lips.
