I've put another mix up over at
www.fredfish.net
There was this thing on the Marillion forum where people sent each other CD's of "Happy Music". I approached mine like I was putting together a set for a "Xmas Disco" or something. It's not exactly groundbreaking - just a bunch of upbeat mainly "rock" orientated songs for a drinking session really! Anyway, it's a bit of fun! Join in if you feel inspired!
The one I received, incidentally, was a real 80's fest from a Dutchman! What you'd expect given the audience I suppose. I'll upload that if anyone's interested.
I've also uploaded the Mister Meister mix again as it seems there was a problem with it. Hopefully it's sorted now.

this here mix business...does it have to be super magic future mix or is it just a bunch of tunes one after the other like with no hidden wires or white phosphorus?

Whatever you want!
Most are just the bunch of tunes variety and that's fine! The Meister one has a bit of super-magic-future detail and is jolly good. _________________ We would like to announce that due to cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off..... |

I can probably extract it from the mix, I'll see what I can do. There might be some dodgy fading involved depending on how it sits with the rest of it.
Watch this space.

I'm well up for doing a happy mix but i'm currently working Kinkster-esque hours. Still can't download that Meister Mix which is even more annoying now I know there's super-magic-future detail going on in there as well. I'll download that thing Tommy mentioned and give it another go. |

Most odd!
It won't download "normally" but it will using a download manager (I use Reget). All the others work OK "normally" it's just that one. I've deleted it from the server and put it up again, so I'm at a loss to explain it.
Best try "that thing Tommy mentioned"! _________________ We would like to announce that due to cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off..... |

why don't you try downloading it with that thing and it might work then |
Actually thats not a Tommy Boo quote at all, i meant the comment about using the Opera browser which was posted on another thread. I used it and it worked and its all OK - i have the Mister Meister Mix! Cheers Tommy and Dubya and Mister. |
