...enjoy a good reputation and have strong value.

The Body Shop.

It's a fact that The Body Shop doesn't animal test, this is great. However, they're also kind of known for having good products. It isn't true, especially when it comes to make up they're crap.

Love & Peace

The Body Shop must be the worst brand name ever.

My Playstation 2 is still going strong after 4 years. GTA Liberty City Stories is out on Friday for the PS2 so I presume Kinkster will be out buying yachts over the weekend with the royalties he'll receive it.

I think I want to get a computery type job now, there were loads of redundancies announced at my place this week and everyone in my industry is having their jobs taken "offshore". I reckon I need to retrain as something new. Would quite like to be Batman.

Didn't Linda Roddick sell her shares in Body Shop to The Man recently?

Nothing to do with this thread but has anyone seen the film "Primer", it's bizarrely complicated time travel tomfoolery and although i didn't understand its ace.

That's a very sore subject right now as I know what people's 2nd bonus' were for that game. In some cases they matched the staff's salary. Did I get one? Did I even get a free copy of the PS2 version?

DID I FUCK.

p.s. if you buy it, have a check see if my name is in the credits Wink

The PS2 version is selling for £20, clearly they can't pay high salaries if they;re going to sell games at rock (star) bottom prices. I'm going to buy it, I fancy going on a killing spree this weekend. Alcohol, shootings and England limping out of the World Cup after being outplayed by Equador, it promises to be a great weekend.

Well it's the PSP version selling 3.5 million copies that's caused the bonuses to roll in. Put it this way, If I'd stayed there, this years I'd have earnt around 20k more than I will do.

WOE IS ME! Ah not really haha I couldn't care less.

Well, maybe a bit less Wink

and Playstation Portable too.

That Right shoulder button is a sticky, clunky piece of arse.

Nintendo DS Lite on the other hand is out tomorrow and it's rather lovely.

I'm such a nerd.

Come on Sheff Utd!

Hmm... I can't say I've noticed the right shoulder button being particularly clunky on the PSP. I've been playing "Syphon Filter" all night and it's been fine for me. Though I still can't get used to the tiny little thumbstick.

Not bothered about the DS Lite - I've already got a DS and it's fine the way it is.

Yeah, I'm a nerd too.

i'm on my second ps2. i had three playstations.

i saw primer! the sticker on it said something like 'an antidote to the dumbing down of hollywood' and i felt mucho superioso when i rented it.

unfortunately i need it explaining to me. it was good though, everytime i thought i knew what was going on it would change into something completely different. kinda. i felt mucho inferioso when i took it back.

i haven't got the internet at the mo. i got lots to tell.

soon.

ipod..looks class, and all that, but is it really better than other mp3 players available? The other thing that pisses me off about Apple in general is the way most socially aware academics use apple as if it is somehow less harmful to the environment or something, just because they are not microsoft doesn't make them somewhat a more ethical brand, from what I can see apple are every bit as ruthless in their business approach and branding etc..In fact microsoft's bill gates is a genuine philantropist from what I gather.

With the Ipod Apple are reaching Microsoft-esque levels of dominance and they seem to be running into trouble, there's that French lawsuit to get them to use less restrictive DRM and the one by Creative saying that the ipod interface was stolen from them. Plus they beat the Beatles in court recently, no-one messes with The Beatles and gets away it. It'll all end in tears.
