plus the fact that scrappy was scooby's nephew obviously suggests that scooby has a brother or sister somewhere:a brother or sister no-one ever mentions, and wasn't fit to raise their own child.
this leads to a tricky decision-go to the dog pound, or be sent via parcelforce to live with uncle scooby, who gets himself into supernaturally-themed life-threatening situations on an alarmingly regular basis. neither option is ideal for a young, impressionable pup, so let's think twice before we condemn scrappy.
that said, he was an obnoxious little twat, so fuck him.
