This was the tape I was gonna have on in the car to travel to Leicester with
Actually I only have 80 minutes of it so far burnt to CD and have to add a few songs onto the end. Tracklisting so far is:
Side 1:
Afghan Whigs - Scene Of The Crime
David Bowie - Little Wonder
Radiohead - Where I end and you begin
The Libertines - Don't Look Back Into The Sun
Primal Scream - City
Jeff Buckley - Eternal Life
Fat Boy Slim - Ya Mama
Yeah Yeah Yeah's - Miles Away
SFA - Slow Life
Side 2:
BRMC - Heart & Soul
New Order Crystal
Pavement - Gold Sounds
Zwan - song 7 on album
Brave Captain - Little Buddah
John Squire - I miss you
RJD2 - Good Times Roll Pt2
....... what can I fill my last ten minutes with?

Newies & goodies:
Grandaddy - Now it's on
Spiritualized - Lord let it rain on me
Mogwai - Kids will be skeletons
Classic oldies:
Teenage Fanclub - Going places
Billy Bragg - Waiting for the great leap forwards
Heavenly - 3 Star compartment
Obviously that's more than 10 minutes worth, but it's your tape and your choice.
Great line-up so far mind
Happy listening and enjoy BC... as if i need to add that. |

I just bought the new Unkle album, I'm sure I can find something on there to finish my tape off. Mind you I'm on track 6 and I'm not sure yet.... _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

How is the new UNKLE record? Shadow hasn't really held my interest the last couple years (not that my interest is what he's shooting for...) _________________ "Even I know the solution: love, music, wine and revolution..." (magnetic fields)

It's not DJ Shadow this time around...
James Lavelle and Richard File.
Plus appearences from Josh Homme Mani Ian Brown Robert Del Naja Jarvis Cocker and a fucking brilliant sample of "She's Lost Control"
I thought PJ Harvey was supposed to be on it? Can't see her name or hear her voice anywhere though....... _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

I guess I'll have to pick it up when I go out tomorrow to get the new Outkast and Weakerthans. Finally got a fucking job this week, and I've been celebrating by buying discs (already picked up the newest spititualized, bowie, beck, and autechre. they're all very good!) _________________ "Even I know the solution: love, music, wine and revolution..." It's nothing special.
I'm pretty sure it's never gonna get listened to again in only a few more days time.... _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,
