Shocked My god... "I Pledge Resistance To The Flag" sounds better than I ever dreamed of. I'm simply amazed... It blew my mind on the first listen, the second time was even better, now I've listened to it for about 10 times. Different than anything ever before, but it's strange, I loved it from the very first listen.
Sounds like the song ends just before the best part as well.
Shocked I love the piano.
Shocked And this is just a low quality sound clip.
Shocked I can't wait to hear the full version.
Shocked And the other songs.
Shocked And the next album.

It sounds top notch. Cool Low quality real player and it still sounds good!

Please can we have the mp3 in at least 192kbps or even better, a good vbr (lame) Very Happy
Anything less won't do it justice.

This and soundclips from the new Marillion Shocked album in the same
week

you're quite right, the clip does end just before the track kicks off. and the mp3s will be 192kps - i think everyone will be happy with the quality. when I first heard 'i pledge' i thought it was great, and i think one of the other tracks on this ep, 'wichita airport motel' is just a beautiful piece of music. BUT, having heard some of the new album stuff i think that just takes the piss out of all the bravecaptain stuff that has come before. is it just me? or will 2004 be bravecaptain's year...

i feel it is my duty to spread the gospell of ".Ogg". About 1/2 the size of ".Mp3" and they sound cleaner/smoother. And Open Source kicks the mule's ass.

Yeah, OGGs are nice, especially if you're on a slow modem connection, but surely the quality of high quality MP3s is better than high quality OGGs?
