Has anyone read "Zen and the Art of Motorcyle Maintenance"? I've just finished it and I understood the first 3/4 of it but the last bit was hard going and passed me by. |

I have, it's pretty good but Ithink you need to read it a few times to really get it. The follow up Lila (an enquiry into morals) is even better because it goes into much more detail and is far less nebulous. If you enjoyed Zen then you'll love this. |

I didn't realise there was a follow up. I'll definitely read it but I think I need some light reading before I start on something as complicated as that again.
I've just looked at the reviews of "Zen…" on Amazon and one of them says "I've read this book 5 times and still don't understand most of it." And yet they still give it 5/5. Very bizarre. |
